IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
RETURNS
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or in error, you must notify our shipping department within 30 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or credit. All returns must comply with our 30 day policy. We reserve the right to refuse any product that is beyond the 30 day limit. We will not accept any item that has been installed or used. All returned items must be received in an unused condition with it's original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. We will refund or credit you once we have inspected them to be sure that they are in new condition and have not been installed or used. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any return. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we made an error on your order we will gladly cover the return UPS Ground or US Postal shipping charges upon receipt of the item.
Absolutely NO returns on glued tubulars.
Cyclesport stands behind all manufacturers warranties. All items must be inspected by us and/or the manufacturer to be deemed a warranty. If covered under warranty, items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. All warranty items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. No exceptions.

You will then be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) for the item(s) to be returned. All items being returned must have the RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package.
