How It Works
On Parts, Accessories and Apparel
At the time of purchase, we will match the current pre-tax price for new, identical, and immediately available products from a local retail competitor's store or shipped from and sold by a designated major online retailer: Competitivecyclist.com, Coloradocyclist.com, Performancebike.com, and Nashbar.com. We will match prices with any authorized local dealers prior to or up to 7 days after your purchase.
On Bicycles
If you find a better price on a bike we carry at another shop in Bergen County, Rockland County, or the Northern New Jersey area, let us match it and save you the trip. In order to be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee, the bike must be the same model, size, color, and year; the bike must be in stock at an authorized US dealer; and the price must be verifiable with the original advertisement or online.
7 Day Price Protection
When you shop with us, you can rest assured that you're getting our best price. If you find a lower price on the bike you purchased from Cyclesport within 7 days, we will refund the difference. The bike must be purchased from an authorized retailer and from available stock; it must also be the same size, color, and model year.
The Guarantee is limited to one price match per identical item, per guest and does not apply to: the online prices of retailers not listed, the online prices of products shipped from or sold by third party vendors (Marketplace vendors) on designated major online retailers websites, post-purchase price match requests to competitor's prices, offers that include financing, gift card offers, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, competitors' service prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, clearance, refurbished/used items, daily deals, special hour sale event items and credit card offers.
